Laboratory and Pilot Facility User Fees

The Oregon State University Seafood Lab makes available the use of its faciities for research and product development and testing.  The attached file outlines our current service fees.

Pilot Plant Use

This would be to use the seafood pilot plant without paying for labor to help with projects.  Includes use of food processing equipment such as grinder, bowl chopper, hand-held injector, block freezer, and cutting tables.  It does not include additional labor.

Technician/Staff Support

Seafood Lab Fee

Lab fee to be based upon the nature of testing occurring (see following) and will be agreed upon prior to commencement of testing.

Smoking fish

Use of smoker on raw incoming filets (does not include labor)
