Information for Poster Presenters
Poster boards (914 mm x 1219 mm or 36" x 48"), easels, butterfly clips and push pins will be provided by PFT. Look for the easel that has your presentation listed. Plastic pockets will also be available for placing letter size (8½" x 11") or A4 copies of your poster.
Here are examples of the materials and how the posters will look:

This is an example of a poster which is larger than recommended. A poster made to match the size of
the foamcore board will mount in seconds.
 Poster with a portrait orientation.
(Suit and tie not required; business casual is OK.)
 A4 (8½"x11") printout in pocket.
Two posters with a landscape orientation.
