Dr. Christina A. Mireles DeWitt

Christina A. Mireles DeWitt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science & Technology and Director of the OSU Seafood Research & Education Center in Astoria, OR.  Her background is Food Chemistry and Analysis.  Her research interest are focused on efforts to improve seafood quality and safety and enhance utilization of co-products generated from seafood processing.
